I went to Stephanie for treatment for hamstring and shoulder pain whilst training for Ironman Austria 2008. She helped improve my posture whilst at work, training and during races. I like her practical approach and the application to my sports. I use her techniques, postures and stretches regularly as an important part of my training schedule.
